Logging onto xbox.com with the gamertag which the game belonged to and checking the purchase history showed either no purchases or the purchase would be listed but it would then say declined. I don't think there is anywhere on the xbox one that shows you your overall purchase history. Purchase games from other stores using prepaid gift cards.
